The Competition comprises two prize elements:
The Main Competition is open to residents of UK (IoM, CI & ROI), FRANCE, POLAND & HUNGARY aged 18 or over only. The Additional Competition is open to residents of UK (IoM, CI & ROI), ITALY, & FRANCE aged 18 or over only. In both cases, this promotion is not available to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and all other members of its group of companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the the development or operation of the Website or conduct or administration of the Competition in any way, shape or form

Entrants need to explain in 100 words or less why they should be our Round the World Revolutionary and they also need to upload an interesting photo of themselves as per the entry criteria on the competition page. It should be an image of themselves, showing us their ‘sex face’, simply looking hot or the funniest thing they can do with a condom (nothing explicit)
Photographs and text must not contain sexually explicit material, they must be tasteful and not pornographic.
Photographs will be used for digital promotional purposes only and will be destroyed at the end of the campaign (see also section 21 below).
Entry for this major prize selection is limited to one entry per person.
One Winner (defined below) only across the entries submitted through all the Websites will be awarded the Major Prize, based on the selection criteria below.
The Competition will run for 6 weeks in each participating market:
The judging panel will comprise of one representative from each of the following: the Promoter, the Promoter’s agency, and an independent body.
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: creativity and originality of the text and photo supplied.
Judging will commence 7 days following closing date of Competition in France (19th April 2010)
Judging and selection process will take 14 days, with the winner (“Winner”) notified via telephone & email within 7 days of selecting the final winner.
If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 30 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail and telephone to the contact details submitted in their entry, the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize (as defined below) to another entrant, whose entry has been selected by the same method (the “Alternate Winner"). The Alternate Winner shall have 7 days from notification of their status by email and by telephone by the Promoter to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. Otherwise, a further Alternate Winner will be selected on the same basis. (All other references to “Winner” below shall equally apply to any Alternate Winner)
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Major Prize is a holiday for 2 adults (over 18 years) (the Winner and a person invited by them) and includes economy flights from London - Bangkok-Sydney-Hong Kong - London, airport taxes and fuel/passenger surcharges, private return airport transfers in Bangkok, Sydney and Hong Kong and 10 nights room only 3* hotel accommodation in a twin/double room (2 nights Bangkok, 5 nights Sydney and 3 nights Hong Kong). The Major Prize does not include transfers to and from London airport.
The Major Prize is subject to availability of flights and accomodation at the time of booking and travel must take place within the following dates: 26/5/10-30/6/10 and 11/8/10-20/11/10, excluding Bank Holidays.
The Winner must be aged 18 or over.
It is the Winner’s own responsibility to ensure all passengers have valid passports, travel insurance and visas if required. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the Winner does not meet entry requirements for the host countries. The winner will need to supply a copy of their passport to the promoter to verify age.
The Promoter will provide the winner with 10 boxes of Skyn condoms.

The Winner will provide to the Promoter on the conclusion of the holiday trip 10-20 images and 1-3 video files. The Promoter will provide a brief to the winner explaining the content required from the images and video (the “Brief”). The Winner agrees to use their best endeavours to comply with the Brief.
The Major Prize is non-changeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of the reward if in its sole opinion there is any suspicion of fraud.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion or Websites, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Website’s term of use; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive.
Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to the Winner or their possessions to the fullest extent permissible in the applicable law.
Entrants will need to forward the details of the Competition and Skyn Revolution website to their friends, for each friend they enter, they will receive an entry in to the Additional Prize draw.
One lucky winner will be randomly drawn every week (in each participating market UK, France, & Italy only) between the following dates:
This will be a random prize draw to win a year’s supply of condoms which equates to: 14 boxes of 12 Mates Skyn condoms (users should refer to manufacturers’ instructions).
Winners of the Additional Prize will be notified by email within 14 days of each draw in each participating market during the applicable Additional Competition period. Winners will need to reply by email confirming their delivery address within 30 days of the email being sent by the Promoter. If no confirmation is received within this time, then it will be assumed that the winner does not want to claim the Additional Prize.
The Additional Prize(s) will be sent out within 30 days of receipt of email confirmation from the winner(s).

2. All Entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoter with accurate and current contact details.

The Winner(s) agree to grant a perpetual irrevocable licence to the Promoter to display his or her name, photograph, entry submission and/or any other material supplied to the Promoter in conjunction with this Competition, for any public relations, print advertising, social networking, websites/online (and for onward distribution via the internet by third parties thereafter), or any other marketing & promotional activity carried out by the Promoter or any of its group of companies throughout the world for any lawful purpose whatsoever without restriction, including, without limitation, in and in connection with promoting the Mates Skyn Condom product and the Promoter.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
